            Kazakh Service Centre Fees USA

Please see below our service levels and fees in order for you to determine how quickly you can obtain your visa, process your documents or request other services. The fees are in U.S. dollars (including all applicable taxes) and may change without notice at any time due to USD exchange rate fluctuations or changes in Kazakhstan's base consular fees. The base consular fees for visa processing or document services are not refundable.

We do issue proper financial invoice/receipt of funds that one can use for proper expense and tax reporting within their own organizations/companies or for tracking his/her personal costs.

Please contact us if you any questions about our fee structure or have a large batch of visa application/documents as special volume discounts may apply.

The regular service processing time for a visa request is minimum 5 - 6 business days from the time when all documents are accepted by the Embassy/Consulate, and all other Embassy/Consulate requirements have been met. However, depending on the paperwork load at the Embassy/Consulate, potential delays may be expected especially when not all requirements are met. Therefore, if timing is critical for you to get your visa by a certain deadline, it is advisable to contact us as soon as possible.

Payment Methods

For payment Kazakh Service Center in the USA accepts only major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and Paypal (if you have an account). We also accept personal and corporate cheques, bank drafts (money orders), cashier's cheques, wire transfers. Sorry but we do not accept cash.

To pay by credit card or from your PayPal account, please click on the "Buy Now" button in the right side bar or using this link - please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account.   You will be taken to secure PayPal processing page (we do not see/store credit card information).  Input the amount and description of services, and then fill out your contact details (billing/shipping address including telephone and email) and actual credit card information. We do not see/store your credit card information as it is all securely handled by PayPal. Click "update" button on PayPal's page to update your information or number of items.

After you complete payment, you will be re-directed back to our page with your receipt sent to you by email by PayPal.  Our Finance will also email you the confirmation after funds are accepted from PayPal.
